Welcome to Gjuteriet – Where history meets the future 

We’ve taken a giant leap from a great workspace to a historic landmark. Our headquarters in Malmö is something else. We moved into Gjuteriet in Varvsstaden in October 2025 – a place where Kockums once shaped steel and ships, but where we now shape the future of communication. It is a creative powerhouse we share with Oatly, adding to the house's innovative pulse.

Who works here?
220 Telavoxers work at our headquarters from all of our business units and teams. You find all kinds of roles and teams here: Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Support and Success, Marketing, HR, and Finance. Besides being the daily workplace for most of our employees, it’s also a hub for Telavoxers around the Nordics and Europe to meet.  

A workspace with space and soul
Stepping into the office should feel special. Here, you are greeted by raw brick walls, massive industrial windows, and soaring ceilings that leave room for both big thoughts and wild ideas. The building has been carefully renovated with a strong focus on reuse and sustainability, creating a unique atmosphere where old industrial charm meets a modern tech vibe.

The Café & Lounge
Our favorite hub. This is where we start the day with coffee (from our awesome machines), grab a soft serve (yes, free ice cream) in the afternoon, or host a spontaneous After Work when that Friday feeling kicks in.

Collaboration at the core
We aim to ensure this is a creative and fun place for both to work and socialize. Gjuteriet offers both an open office to work closely to other Telavoxers, space for collaboration and spontaneous meetings, as well as space to hide and focus. 

Social life
We believe in having fun at work. Whether it’s ping-pong tournaments, joint breakfasts, or Learning Clubs, this house is built for us to thrive together. Friday fika is a very important tradition at this office. We tried to challenge it a few years ago with more healthy options, such as smoothies or breakfast instead, but that went ugly, actually…

In addition to everything happening at the office during work hours, we also offer our HQ team members weekly activities such as floorball, soccer, and squash for those who want to play and train together.

Our office is located right by the water in Varvstaden, Malmö’s most exciting district, and you are close to everything. A 10-minute walk from Central Station or the city center, right next to the sea, and surrounded by the city’s best lunch spots.
