At Telavox, we're growing our Finnish team and looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business with large and complex organisations across Finland and the Nordics.
In this role, you'll be the one opening doors, building trust, and closing deals — helping larger companies transform the way they communicate through our own UCaaS platform. You'll work with decision-makers at the C-level and beyond, navigating complex sales cycles with a consultative approach that puts the customer's needs first.

About the job
You'll own your pipeline from prospecting to close, working closely with our Customer Success and technical teams to deliver real value to enterprise customers.
A typical day in this role involves:
Identifying and pursuing new enterprise opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and inbound leads
Running structured discovery meetings and presenting tailored UCaaS solutions — telephony, PBX, contact center, chat, and integrations in one platform
Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes from first contact to signed contract
Collaborating with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and internal support to ensure a smooth customer journey
Keeping your pipeline clean and your forecasting sharp in Salesforce or equivalent CRM
Contributing to playbook development and sharing learnings across the sales team
About you
You've been around the block in B2B sales and know how enterprise deals work. You're patient where patience is needed, direct where it matters, and you always follow through.
We're looking for someone with:
A strong track record in enterprise or large-account B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, telecom, or tech
Experience managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Comort working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
Familiarity with integrations and how platforms connect to business workflows (a plus, not a must)
Fluency in Finnish and English — Swedish is a bonus
A consultative, curious mindset — you listen before you pitch
Previous experience from the telecom, UCaaS, or cloud communications space is merited but not required. What matters most is your drive and your ability to build lasting relationships.
