As a GTM Engineer, you’ll play a key role in bringing AI products to life—from exploring what’s possible, defining value propositions, to delivering solutions in close collaboration with customers and strategic partners. You’ll work across teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and contribute to building best-in-class processes that maximize value for our customers.
About the job
As a member of the GTM Engineering team at Telavox DMO, you’ll be a part of delivering our AI services to customers, new as well as existing. You’ll be a part of the entire product life cycle, from exploring what’s possible, building value propositions for customers, to delivering our AI products in close collaboration with end customers as well as strategic partners. In this role, you’ll be interfacing with customers daily, as well as collaborating with colleagues throughout Telavox, including sales and marketing, as well as in-life customer care and support. You’ll get hands-on experience with our tools and systems, assist with testing new technology solutions, and contribute to delivering even more value to our customers.
Your day-to-day work may include:
Working together with our customers, we ensure that we deliver our AI services in an efficient yet quality-assuring manner.
Identifying process improvements and setting plans to execute on them
Assist and guide existing customers to maximize utilization of our products
Continuously build best-practice processes for both internal workflows as well as customers' product usage
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success & support, building campaigns, providing tech sales support, and internal sales enablement
This role is based at our vibrant HQ, Gjuteriet, in Malmö.
About you
You’re a curious, hands-on problem solver who enjoys learning new tools and technologies. You’re open to exploring a new area within Telavox and are motivated by the chance to grow your skills while contributing to the company’s success. You enjoy collaborating with different teams, solving problems, and improving workflows. Most of all, you are outgoing and enjoy helping our customers solve their problems and utilizing Telavox products to strengthen their business.
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
You are comfortable driving timelines while simultaneously serving as the primary, friendly face of the project.
Commercial & Process Awareness: You have a genuine interest in Sales, Marketing, and CS processes, allowing you to understand exactly how our AI impacts the customer’s daily workflow.
Unshakeable Customer Focus: You thrive on interaction, proactively anticipating client needs in a proactive way rather than reactive.
You can quickly learn new tools and systems
Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset
Strong collaboration and communication skills (professional Swedish & English)
Bonus skills
Experience with AI voice in general, and 11Labs in particular, is a plus
Some experience working with APIs is also a bonus
You are structured, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a new role while contributing to Telavox’s operational efficiency and customer success.
