We seek a modern & coaching Sales Leader for our SMB team in Malmö. Join us to lead and, together with great colleagues, shape dynamic and innovative sales strategies and processes!
About the job 📲💻
Our SMB Sales team is responsible for finding, developing, and closing new sales deals within the SME and mid-market segments in the southern region of Sweden. The team comprises 7 experienced, highly motivated, and dedicated sales professionals. Your primary mission will be to lead and, together with the team, contribute to taking Telavox Direct Sales to the next level! In addition to this, you will be a valuable member of our Nordic Direct Sales Management Team.
You aim to level up our value-based sales processes with your teams and build and maintain solid and long-lasting relationships with partners and end customers. With help from our CRM systems, HubSpot, you will be the supportive, enabling sales leader. You will follow up on activities, targets, and goals and secure a high-performing and well-being team.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for handling and distributing leads and finding new business opportunities with your regional knowledge and network.
The role also includes responsibilities for:
Regional budget and forecast
Enabling and ensuring a high-performing team
Formulate and implement profitable growth-oriented revenue/sales plans and review performance against targets
Being up to date with trends, insights, and customer demands of the market
About you ⭐
To succeed in this role and have lots of fun, you must have a proven track record of commercial success and leading teams within B2B telecom, SaaS, or similar environments. You are a modern and coaching leader with proven experience leading successful teams.
You thrive in a role that focuses on generating sales and driving engagement within a team. You have a great ability to create customer relations and manage complex sales processes, and you always strive to perform well and win with the team.
The right candidate for this role and Telavox also have:
Proven track record of motivating and driving engagement within a sales team
A strategic mindset with a focus on execution, combined with a hands-on mentality to facilitate further growth
You strive to work data-driven and use CRM (we use Hubspot) daily.
Experience from growth-oriented/fast-paced companies, ideally combined with an international organisation

This role requires fluency in both English and Swedish.
