Our Sales Development team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, modern, and driven leader who, together with the team, will take Sales Development to the next level and contribute to Telavox's continued growth!
About the role 💻📱
The Sales Development team at Telavox is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and contacting potential prospects and, through a first contact, inspiring them to want to know more about Telavox solutions. Telavox Sales Development team consists of 7 SDRs in Sweden and Denmark, working towards Telavox’s SME, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
The Sales Development team works closely with the Marketing and Revenue Operation teams to optimize by being more innovative and strategic.
As Sales Development Manager, you manage and develop the Sales Development team and function as an important part of the Nordic Direct Sales Management Team. Together with great colleagues and data-driven and modern CRM systems, you will take the SDR team's results to a new level, bringing value to the organisation and being an essential part of the company’s future growth journey.
You are also responsible for:
Leading, coaching, and nurturing the Nordic SDR team
Funnel-qualifying leads to the Telavox sales funnel
Develop tactics for efficiency in the different segments
Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts from real-world interactions with prospects and customers
Work closely with Sales Managers to reach regional goals
Drive team participation in marketing events and leverage them for building lead pipelines
Ensure a strategy for the SDR role to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, including utilising new technology and web resources.
About you 🌟
To do well and have lots of fun in this role, you are an experienced leader with a background in a similar strategic role. You have high demands on sales development, are genuinely curious about how things work, and are eager to take the company's sales development work to the next level together with the team.
You probably have some experience working data-driven and with CRM help (HubSpot is a huge plus!), as well as being part of and contributing to a management team.
You have a lot of positive energy, empathy, skills, and experience in stakeholder management. Your cheerful enthusiasm influences and engages people in your surroundings, and you drive forward with a clear and distinguishable agenda. We also hope you are an initiative-taking person who always strives to improve and optimise yourself and your team. You enjoy putting yourself in new situations, which makes you evolve continually.
Furthermore, it would be great if you:
Have experience working in a management team
Are a strategic, results-driven, structured, and data-oriented approach
Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Drive innovative ways to deliver projects, rally people behind your vision, and motivate cross-departmental collaboration
Have experience in people management and are an enabler for success through coaching and modern leadership
You are native/fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
