Identity can be securely verified, and customers are directed to the right expertise based on their profile.

We’re now looking for an Alliance Manager to help shape the next chapter of our partner ecosystem by making Telavox a natural part of the offering from the Nordic region’s leading system integrators within CRM and Ticketing.

About the job
As an Alliance Manager at Telavox, you’ll be responsible for building and developing strategic relationships with system integrators across the Nordic region. You’ll represent Telavox in the market and work closely with partners to identify opportunities where our communication platform can create value for their customers and their business.
The role combines a strategic partnership development with hands-on business creation. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive growth, establish long-term relationships, and help shape how communication services are delivered as part of broader business ecosystems.
Your day-to-day work will include:
• Identifying, establishing and developing relationships with leading system integrators with CRM and/or Ticketing system focus, across the Nordics.
• Positioning Telavox as the preferred telephony and communication platform with partner offerings
• Identifying and driving business opportunities together with the partners towards their customers.
• Creating and executing joint business plans that generate growth for both Telavox and our partners
• Presenting our platform, integrations, and value proposition to partner organisations and end customers
• Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Partner teams to strengthen our integrations ecosystem.
• Representing Telavox at partner meetings, events, and networking activities across the region.
• Contributing to our partner strategy and influencing how we continue to expand our ecosystem and market presence.
About you
You enjoy building relationships and creating business opportunities where everyone wins. You are commercially driven and understand how technology partnerships can create long-term customer value, new revenue streams, stronger customer relationships.
You’re comfortable operating in an evolving market where technology, business needs, and partnerships continuously develop. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and enjoy engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
We believe you bring:
• Experience working within the IT industry, ideally with SaaS solutions or business applications.
• A strong understanding of how CRM and Ticketing systems create value for customers.
• Experience in partner management, business development, account management, or consultative sales of services.
• The ability to build trusted relationships and identify opportunities that benefit all parties involved.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and commercial audiences
• A proactive mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity and turn opportunities into concrete business outcomes
Good-to-have experience:
• Experience working for or with system integrators
• Familiarity with leading CRM and ticketing platforms
• Experience from UCaaS, CCaaS, telecom, or adjacent technology ecosystems
• Experience working across the Nordic market
