Telavox is a fast-growing digital telco combining the reliability of telecom with the agility of SaaS. Our platform serves more than 500,000 users every month, from SMEs to large enterprises to the operators who white-label our services across Europe and beyond. We are now strengthening our product leadership with a Product Director to own the apps and customer-facing products and to drive the commercial product agenda.
About the job
As Product Director, you report to the CPO, who leads Product, Engineering, and Customer Service Delivery at Telavox - and you'll be part of the CPO's leadership team. You own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our apps and collaboration domains with a clear revenue-first mindset. This is where we build the end-user-facing experiences that define how businesses communicate, collaborate, and get work done on the Telavox platform.
You work at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and finance, and you are as comfortable in a customer conversation as you are in a portfolio review. You will work closely with the product team members leading our other domains and contribute to the broader product agenda across Telavox.
This is not a slide-deck role. We need someone who builds pragmatic processes, makes sharp prioritisation calls, and can kill a feature that does not move the needle just as readily as they can champion a long-term bet.
What you will work on:
Own the long-term product vision and roadmap for apps and customer-facing products, anchored in ARR, churn, expansion, and attach rate
Drive P&L thinking per product area; understanding what creates revenue, what leaks it, and what to do about it
Lead and develop a team of Product Managers
Translate the company strategy into the product strategy in close dialogue with the leadership team
Own packaging, pricing, and monetisation in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
Drive product-led growth by working tightly with Sales, Marketing, and Partners
Act as the senior product voice with executives, operators, and key customers
Build scalable, pragmatic product processes as the organisation grows
About you
You have a background as a Product Manager or Commercial Director with real ownership of business outcomes, not just shipped features. You understand what it means to run a product area like a business: with its own P&L logic, clear hypotheses, and a healthy impatience for things that do not move the needle.
You are intellectually curious and commercially sharp. You push your team to innovate, not just execute, and you know how to create the conditions for both.
We are looking for someone with:
7–10+ years in product leadership (Product Director, Group PM, Senior PM, or equivalent)
Strong track record in B2B SaaS and/or Telco environments
Experience leading and developing Product Managers toward outcome-driven, innovative ways of working
Hands-on ownership of packaging, pricing, and monetisation strategies
Proven experience working in international, multi-market businesses
Exposure to B2B2B product models is a plus
Fluent English
