About the job
As a Project Manager at Telavox, you will manage projects end-to-end, from commercial handover, through technical workshops and delivery, to Go-Live and final handover into daily operations.
You will translate customer requirements into actionable plans, turn technical solutions into customer-friendly communication, and ensure timelines, risks, and dependencies remain on track. You’ll work closely with solution architects, engineering, customer service delivery, and external partners to create a smooth onboarding experience that sets customers up for long-term success.
This role comes with a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to help shape how we scale licensed subscribers across Europe as the business area continues to grow.
Your day-to-day work may include:
Managing end-to-end delivery projects for network operator partners.
Facilitating customer meetings, technical workshops, and alignment sessions
Reviewing progress in Jira/Confluence and driving iterative delivery
Coordinating across commercial, technical, and external stakeholder groups
Preparing meeting materials and updating project documentation
Identifying risks, unblocking dependencies, and maintaining customer trust
Supporting training, QA, and documentation when needed
Team and location
You will be part of our Project Management team within the Customer Service Delivery department. Your manager is based in Oslo, while many of your key internal stakeholders are located at our Malmö HQ and across other Nordic offices.
We are mainly looking for candidates located in or near Malmö, for a hybrid working setup, with a minimum of three days per week onsite at our new, vibrant HQ, Gjuteriet. However, qualified candidates based elsewhere in Sweden may also be considered, as long as you are willing to travel frequently to the Malmö office. A few travels outside Malmö may also be required.
About you
You are a hands-on project manager who thrives on solving complex challenges. You naturally build trust through strong communication and a genuine, personable approach. You enjoy translating technical concepts into clear messages, and take pride in delivering a high-quality onboarding experience that has a visible impact on the business.
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
Experience as a Project Manager or other comparable roles
Experience from telecom, SaaS, IT, or other agile tech environments
Strong communication skills in English
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and proficiency in PowerPoint/Slides
Ability to facilitate workshops and explain technical concepts clearly
High ownership, customer focus, and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented
Enjoy being the “bridge” between technical and commercial teams
Nice to have:
Prince2, PMI/PMP, or similar certifications
Jira, Confluence, and experience with iterative/agile delivery
Understanding of API integrations
