About the job 

As an Analytics Lead at Telavox, you’ll strengthen the Business Insights & Analytics team by combining analytical expertise with strong business and commercial insight. You’ll lead analytics and financial initiatives, shape analytics frameworks, and ensure insights directly influence strategy and performance.

Working closely with decision-makers, analysts, and cross-functional teams, you’ll turn data into business value while improving data quality, reporting, and scalable, insight-driven solutions that fuel Telavox’s growth.

In this role, you’ll also support the BIA Manager in setting the team’s direction, ensuring focus on high-value delivery, business impact, and continuous improvement.

This is a lead role without formal personnel responsibility, ideal for someone with a strategic and analytical mindset who leads through influence and collaboration, helping drive a business-focused analytics culture across Telavox.

Your day-to-day work may include:

• Leading analytics projects and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  

• Improving data models, reporting frameworks, and methodologies for scalability, quality, and consistency.

• Translating business needs into technical requirements and technical results into business insights.
  

• Mentoring and coaching team members in both analytical approaches and business-oriented storytelling.
  

• Sparring with BI developers and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are relevant, actionable, and impactful.

• Contributing to developing standards, best practices, and documentation within the analytics domain.
  
  

This role is based at our vibrant HQ,  Gjuteriet, located in Västra Hamnen, Malmö.

About you

You are a proactive, structured, and business-minded analyst who thrives in a fast-changing environment and enjoys bridging the gap between data and decision-making. You know how to translate complex concepts into clear insights, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable outcomes.

You combine commercial understanding with a solid analytical foundation. You’re comfortable working with data, but always focused on turning insights into business value. You have experience leading analytics or business projects, managing priorities and stakeholders, and you’re motivated by the opportunity to take on more responsibility and help shape direction as you grow.

Key skills and experience we are looking for:

• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect insights to tangible business value

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and presentation tools to communicate findings clearly

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, business controlling, consulting, or similar roles.

• Experience in stakeholder management and driving cross-functional initiatives

• Academic degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Experience in consulting or working in a growth company is a plus

• A structured, analytical, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to guide others and contribute to best practices.

You are resourceful, adaptable, and capable of influencing both technical and business teams. You enjoy shaping processes and standards as we grow.
