To accelerate Telavox growth we are looking for an M&A Manager! This is the dream job for someone who has proven experience within M&A and thrives to play a vital role in our growth journey, and on top of that - wants to join a really fun company in the world of Unified Communications!

About the job
As Mergers and Acquisitions Manager at Telavox you will be responsible for driving Telavox M&A activities. This includes acquisitions and minority investments mainly in Europe. Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Prospecting M&A targets, qualify leads, and initiate discussions
  • Project lead Due Diligence process 
  • Oversee post-merger plan

The M&A Manager role is a new opportunity at Telavox where you will report to our CFO. You will work closely with our CEO, our management team, and other important internal cross-functional stakeholders - all to ensure our success and growth!

About you
To be successful in this role you have 4-8 years of relevant experience within M&A investment banks, private equity, consulting firms, or in-house corporate M&A. In addition to this we believe that you have;

  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Engineering
  • Significant experience in analyzing data markets, business analytics, and Due Diligence
  • Great project management skills
  • Analytical mindset and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiatives
  • Ability to build trust and new relationships
