Join Telavox as Sales Director — Finland 🚀🇫🇮
We're expanding our commercial footprint in Finland and are now looking for a Sales Director to lead and grow our sales team on the ground.
This is a role for someone who has been there, who knows what good B2B (enterprise and SME) sales looks like, has the scars to prove it, and now wants to build something. You'll be responsible for both driving your own deals and developing the team around you, in a market where Telavox is well-positioned to challenge the incumbents.
You'll represent a product to genuinely stand behind: our own UCaaS platform combining fixed and mobile telephony, AI-enriched PBX, Contact center, and Integrations — all in one.
About the job
You lead from the front. You carry your own revenue target while coaching and enabling your team to do the same. You work closely with Telavox's broader Nordic enterprise leadership and contribute to how we build our Finnish footprint long-term.
A typical day in this role involves:
Leading and developing a team of Enterprise and SME Sales Executives in Finland
Owning a personal new business pipeline alongside your team's total performance
Driving complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from discovery to close
Working with C-level and senior decision-makers at large Finnish and Nordic organisations.
Collaborating with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Bid Management to win, evolve and retain major accounts.
Reporting on pipeline, forecast, and market insights to Nordic enterprise management.
Contributing to playbook development, onboarding, and a fun, prosperous team culture.
About you
You've led high-performing B2B sales teams, and you know how to balance the commercial and the human side of the job. You set the bar high, and you help people reach it.
We're looking for someone with:
Proven experience in sales management or team leadership within B2B, ideally in telecom, UCaaS, SaaS, or tech
A personal track record of closing large enterprise deals, managing long and sometimes complex sales cycles
Experience from CRM tools such as f.ex Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics
The ability to challenge established players (MNOs, legacy vendors) with a challenger mindset and a better solution
Fluent in Finnish & English (Swedish is a merit)
Strong coaching instincts — you develop people, not just pipelines
Background from the telecom, UCaaS, or the CCaaS space is highly merited. What defines you is a combination of commercial hunger, strategic thinking, and genuine leadership.
