We’re strengthening our Danish Support team and are looking for a Support Agent who enjoys solving problems, helping customers succeed, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the job
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive support experience. You will help customers resolve issues, answer questions, and get the most value from our communication platform.
This position is based within the Digital Mobile Operator unit and reports directly to the Support Manager DK.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure that cases are handled efficiently and professionally. By combining problem-solving skills with strong communication, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and long-term success.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, with a focus on resolving cases at first contact
Ensure accurate case documentation and follow cases through to resolution
Drive escalations internally and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services
Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to create a seamless customer experience
Help customers get the most out of the Telavox platform
To succeed in this role, you are customer-focused, solution-oriented, and comfortable navigating both technical and non-technical conversations. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and proactively look for ways to create value for both customers and colleagues.
About you
You enjoy helping others and have a natural curiosity for technology. You are proactive, structured, and thrive in a collaborative environment where learning and knowledge sharing are part of everyday work.
We believe you have:
Experience within customer service, technical support, or a similar customer-facing role
A genuine interest in technology and IT
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly way
A structured and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
