This role sits at the heart of our Customer Enablement team, where we focus on how customers experience our support, knowledge, and communication. We work across content, support flows, and change management, always aiming to make interactions faster, clearer, and more scalable.
About the job
As an Operations & Automation Specialist, you will work across the full scope of Customer Enablement. You will focus on improving workflows, strengthening how we use our tools, and building automations that create real impact across the organisation.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues across support, product, content, and customer success. Your role is to connect systems and processes, making sure they work together in a way that supports both internal efficiency and a great customer experience.
Your day-to-day work includes:
• Mapping, improving, and automating workflows across support and enablement processes
• Owning and evolving our Jira setup, including board structure, workflows, and reporting
• Using HubSpot to improve customer insights and strengthen feedback loops between teams
• Identifying opportunities where AI can reduce manual work and implementing those solutions
• Supporting change management by documenting, communicating, and rolling out new processes
• Contributing to projects within FAQ, training, and customer-facing enablement
The role is based at our vibrant HQ Gjuteriet in Västra Hamnen, Malmö.
About you
You are a hands-on and solution-oriented person who enjoys working close to both tools and people. You are comfortable moving between detailed configuration and bigger picture thinking, and you take ownership of turning ideas into working solutions.
You thrive in a collaborative environment where different competencies come together, and you enjoy solving problems that do not have a predefined answer. You understand that the best automations are the ones that people actually use and trust.
We are looking for someone with:
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including configuration, workflows, and reporting
• Experience working with HubSpot in a support or customer operations context
• Practical experience using AI tools to build or improve workflows
• A strong interest in process design and automation
• Ability to collaborate across teams with different areas of expertise
• Clear and confident communication skills in English
