We’re expanding our Customer Success team in Malmö and are looking for a Customer Success Manager focused on the SME and Mid-Market segments. This role combines business acumen, technical understanding, and a strong customer-first mindset.

About the job
In this role, you will take an active part in developing customer relationships and ensuring that our customers gain clear, measurable business value from our solutions.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and guide them in making the most of our products and services. By building trust, driving adoption, and acting as a strategic partner, you will play a key role in creating long-term customer success and growth.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Own and develop customer relationships with a focus on long-term value creation
Identify business opportunities within the existing customer base, including expansion, retention, and upsell
Ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and continuous use of our services
Act as a strategic advisor to customers on how to optimize their processes
Work in a data-driven way with customer insights, KPIs, and follow-up
Collaborate closely with Sales and the Onboarding team
To succeed in this role, you translate customer needs into concrete business outcomes. You stay one step ahead of the customer and act proactively to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and create value. You use technology and AI to scale your work and drive efficiency, while building strong relationships that lead to high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
About you
You combine a strong commercial mindset with a passion for customer success. You understand how customer value connects to business outcomes and are comfortable driving growth conversations across your portfolio.
You are proactive, structured, and relationship-driven. You take ownership, work in a data-driven way, and enjoy improving both customer experience and internal ways of working.
We believe you have:
3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management
Experience from B2B tech, SaaS, or telecommunications
Experience managing and growing a customer portfolio
Strong relationship-building skills
A structured and data-driven way of working
Fluency in Swedish and professional English
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is valuable, and you are curious about how AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude can streamline communication, analysis, and workflows. You are comfortable in digital environments and use technology to improve how you work and deliver value.
