About the jobÂ
As a Third Line Technician, youâll be at the forefront of technical problem-solving, collaborating across departments to deliver exceptional solutions. In this role, youâll troubleshoot and configure systems, manage error reports, and work closely with developers to enhance and refine our platform. Youâll also play a key role in prioritizing fixes, testing new features, and verifying implementations. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy individual eager to grow and innovate.
A typical day in this role involves:
Troubleshoot, configure, and register cases to resolve complex issues
Implementing solutions driven by customer needs
Investigate and manage issues involving global suppliers and subcontractors.
Support product teams by prioritizing bug fixes, testing features, and verifying implementations before release
Debug and improve the codebase to enhance system performance (for those with coding experience)
This role is based in our Malmö office and includes occasional on-call responsibilities as part of the position.
About you
Weâre looking for a Third Line Technician who is solution-oriented, curious, and an excellent communicator. You should be adept at explaining technical issues to both developers and customers. You thrive in collaborative environments, easily handle multitasking, and adapt to changing priorities seamlessly.
Key skills and experience weâre looking for:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with database management, programming, and network protocols.
Experience in Telecom UCaaS (VOIP/SIP), Mobile Telephony, SQL, Kubernetes configuration, and network/telecom troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and experience with monitoring tools
Good-to-have skills
Experience with programming Java and Javascript is a nice bonus
Multilingual capabilities (in addition to Swedish and English) are a big plus!
