Telavox is looking for a customer Service Delivery Director to oversee critical operator projects, ensuring successful delivery while driving innovation, efficiency, and quality in telecom and cloud communication solutions.
In this role, youâll drive initiatives that streamline project management, refine solution architecture, and optimize service delivery processes for excellent customer outcomes.
About the jobÂ
As the Service Delivery Director, you will align technical delivery with business objectives. Youâll lead major customer engagements, oversee complex projects, and ensure solutions are designed and delivered to meet the highest standards. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with sales teams, contributing to pre-sales efforts and enabling commercial management to ensure our solutions meet technical and business objectives. While the primary focus is hands-on project management, your efforts will shape a scalable and efficient delivery function, aligning with Telavoxâs global ambitions in UCaaS and Telco solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects by planning and delivering key Operator initiatives, ensuring timely execution within budget and scope.
Optimize Service Delivery by developing scalable workflows and processes that drive efficient, high-quality customer service delivery.
Collaborate on solutions by partnering with Solution Architects to design tailored, customer-centric architectures for telecom services.
Strengthen client relationships by acting as the primary project interface for Operators, managing engagements to meet KPIs, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Qualifications and Skills
With telecom expertise, you bring in-depth knowledge of VoIP, UCaaS, SIP, PBX systems, and cloud-based communication solutions, enabling you to manage modern telecom challenges effectively.
Your project leadership skills are evident in your track record of successfully managing large-scale projects for Tier 1 Operators, consistently meeting or exceeding delivery KPIs.
Leveraging your solution architecture expertise, you excel in designing scalable, secure, and reliable telecom solutions that align with customer needs.
Focusing on customer engagement ensures you have strong experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes that exceed expectations.
We like you to have:
Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Experience in telecom and software project delivery, particularly within the Operator domain.
A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
