About the role 📲💻

As a Digital Content Specialist, your primary mission is to develop and manage content strategy and create compelling content for the Nordic markets, ensuring SEO optimization and alignment with marketing campaigns. You will play a critical role in the Growth Organisation and the Digital GTM team, where leveraging AI and technology is paramount in all roles, including this one. Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

Content Development

• Develop and execute a content strategy that supports marketing campaigns

• Write text for web pages, case studies, whitepapers, emails (newsletters, SDRs, etc.), blog posts, etc.

• Ensure all content is SEO-optimized to boost organic traffic.

Content Scale Up

• Use AI and other tools to scale up content creation efficiently

• Ensure the best AI tools are available for other commercial teams to create high-quality content independently, without relying on you

Last but not least, you need to be tech-savvy and see the significant advantage of understanding how to leverage tech to scale yourself and increase speed, as well as navigate HubSpot and AI tools independently.

About you ⭐️

To succeed and have lots of fun in this role, you must have at least five years of experience in content creation and SEO and be proficient in using content management tools like HubSpot and various AI tools.

You have a BSc or MSc in business, marketing, or something similar, as well as experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the telco or tech industries. Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English is mandatory.

Furthermore, you need to be:

• Collaborative - You work well with the team to achieve a shared goal

• Analytical - You can analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies

• Detail-oriented - You are meticulous in ensuring all content is high-quality and error-free
