As part of our Revenue Operations team, you will enable a customer-centric, data-led, and scalable revenue machine that drives collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations through shared growth goals.
Your main mission is to take care of the beating heart of our commercial operations, Hubspot, which is used by over 200 sales, marketing, and customer operations users across 9 different countries. You will support our global expansion by ensuring that everything we do in Hubspot - whether adding a new property or migrating a whole CRM system - is done with scalability in mind. You will help build a system that supports our way of working while not compromising on following best practices for how we manage our CRM.
While this role has a strong strategic focus and involves setting processes for both yourself and your colleagues, you must also be able to roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself. When implementing new processes, or auditing existing ones, you’ll be expected to be fluent in using Hubspot’s tooling suite. Your responsibilities also contain:
Strategic: Build for scale
Create and maintain a structure for organizing systems building blocks such as properties, workflows, and lists.
Support in projects designed to add to the systems infrastructure, for example by adding new pipelines, channels, or teams.
Oversee user permissions and ensure they match the needs of each role without compromising data security and accuracy
Complete regular portal audits and identify areas of improvement
Operational: Optimise the system(s)
Optimise data entry by enforcing required properties, validation rules, and appropriate access levels
Work with our Revenue Operations Specialist to fill in missing or incorrect data through manual or automated processes.
Oversee/perform data imports to ensure they meet our data requirements
Execute on our data retention policy
The role could also involve supporting the implementation and development of other tooling in the future.
About you ⭐️
To do well and have lots of fun in this role, we believe that you are experienced which means at least 5 years of operational CRM experience, and experience leading projects and freelancers. However, attitude and mindset are more important than specific experience. You probably have a Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, or similar, but if you have the right work experience the need for education decreases.
Furthermore, we are looking for someone:
Skilled in CRM - You need to have at least 5+ years of experience working with a CRM system and have operational experience using Hubspot from at least 1 year of experience.
Who are detail-oriented - You pay attention to details and care about the difference between a single-line text field or a drop-down menu
With a curious mind - You have an appetite for new challenges and enjoy educating yourself. If you don’t know something, your first instinct is to google it.
Who is a natural Self-starter - As long as you know the goal, you don’t need anyone to tell you what to do. You enjoy setting your agenda within your area of expertise.
As you will be working closely with different departments, you need to be an excellent communicator and able to adapt your message to the intended audience. Since continuous learning is part of your job description, you will need to have an appetite for new challenges and not wait for anyone to take the lead. Last but not least, as RevOps is a business support function, you need to be a great team player and strive towards creating a seamless tech stack for our commercial teams.
