The team

The Statistics team works with our end customers and partners to bring them insights from their data. 

Software developers in this team are true data enthusiasts, relishing the art of number-crunching. They send large amounts of data through skillfully built systems to make sure that every customer will get what they need to make their analysis and improve themselves. 

In a nutshell, they are data wizards dedicated to empowering every customer with the insights they need for smarter decision-making and continuous self-improvement.

About the job 

As a Mid-level or Senior Software Developer, with a back-end focus this is your chance to join a fast-paced, product-driven (and incredibly fun!) environment as we scale up and venture into new markets.

At Telavox, we use tons of different technologies every day and we always evolve and enjoy trying new tools and technologies.

Our current tech stack includes Java for the backend and a combination of AngularJS, React, JSP, and jQuery for the front-end. 

We are looking for developers who are proficient in at least some of these technologies and aim to build scalable and reliable applications.

About you

You are a self-driven and engaged software developer with at least a few years of experience. You’re not afraid to make wise decisions and you always strive to understand the customer's needs (rather than always give them what they say they want 😉) and you don’t shy away from talking with providers when integrating or troubleshooting towards them. 

You’re not afraid to take ownership over the things we build, and you make sure to create great work days for yourself and your co-workers.

We also believe that you have some of the following experiences: 

🌱 Java, Python or another object oriented language such as C# or so.

🌱 Hibernate, REST API, Microservices

🌱 (My)SQL

🌱 Docker

🗣️ Professional Working Proficiency in English is a requirement for this position.
