In the role of Website Operations Manager, you are the operational owner of the systems, tools, processes, and data needed to run, optimize, and analyze Telavox’s website. You will work closely with both our marketing teams and our Website Operations Specialist to enable our website as a key tool in executing our Go-To-Market strategy.

Furthermore, you will be key responsibilities will include:

• Establish strong relationships with our marketing team to understand how the website supports our buyer’s journey.

• Collaborate with our Website Operations Specialist to enable a lean and agile way for marketing to create, test, and improve content with the aim of increasing conversion.

• Own processes to ensure that website tagging, tracking, and analytics are optimized.

• Be the link between the website and our CRM by ensuring we can use website assets in our marketing automation.

About you ⭐️

To succeed in this role and at the same time have lots of fun, you probably have at least 5+ years of experience in website operations and analytics, where you have also been leading projects, managing stakeholders, and freelancers. You are a self-starter equipped with a great deal of curiosity, as well as a good communicator who is not afraid to ask questions, challenge colleagues, and bring your ideas to the table.

Need to have:

• Project management experience where you’re able to plan, lead, execute, and document projects to reach goals or deliverables within a set timeframe.

• Experience working with WordPress sites since our main website telavox.com is built in WordPress.

• Experience of working with tools like Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics

• While you are not expected to be a skilled web developer, a basic understanding of front-end programming languages like JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, as well as PHP, will help you define tasks and communicate with web developers.

Nice to have

• Experience of working with Hubspot CMS, which we use to run our blog and campaign content.

• UX experience and an understanding of how business goals should relate to the user experience.

• Some experience in Flexible Modules ACF, since telavox.com is built using different types of modules where we use the plug-in “Flexible Modules ACF” for creating these modules.

• Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git/Bitbucket and to be able to maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code.

• A Bachelor's degree related to computer science, web development, or equivalent is advantageous.
