Whilst Telavox began it's journey in the Nordics with direct sales and resellers. Now, 20 years later we see a more complex value chain, spread across multiple regions, countries, and sales channels.
Furthermore, we’ve started to lead new market expansions through partner channels, especially with; Service Providers, System integrators and Fixed line operators, as well as Operators.
Now is the time to optimize our approach to more complex sales processes and as such we’re on the lookout for our next star ⭐
Reporting into the Director of Product Operations this key role will focus on achieving the following 2 goals;
Contribute in building the Tech Sales organization into a world class team that ensures commercial success and reduces risk, in delivery and financially, for these customers
Be the gatekeeper/champion for technical architecture and requirement sign off prior to deal sign
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Tech Sales Manager include:
Own the processes, tooling, and documentation that we need to improve our likelihood of close (and reducing the risk in the ones we do close)
Engage with our Service Providers and Operator customers to drive the technical conversations
Collaborate with customers, partners, and internally, our engineering and product teams to ensure alignment with roadmaps and delivery of what is agreed upon with our SP/OB customers
Build, maintain, and improve the 'tool box' needed to perform great pre sales activities (such as service descriptions, blueprints, playbooks, and real world examples)

About you
We believe you are a senior professional with experience in the telecommunications industry and the presales function. You enjoy the pulse and dynamics that comes with a company on a scaling journey and appreciate building things from scratch. You are customer focused yet not willing to compromise on your purpose of ensuring clarity on what we sell. You are structured, hands on and have a good way with people.
