About the job 

You will be part of an autonomous team that jointly plan, prioritise, and gather requirements for the work ahead.

The team is responsible for the implementation of work, from designing, coding, testing, deployment, to monitoring of the applications and features. This is a collaborative effort, to what extent is dependent on the task; from design walkthroughs, pair programming, to code review.

We enjoy learning and seeing things through to the end. 

We have a collaborative and communicative landscape and if you are senior, your coaching experience is invaluable!

About you

You’re an experienced software developer. You’ve been around. You’ve seen things…!

You see the big picture, both tech wise and from a business perspective.

👉 You’re NOT a “rockstar” or “ninja”

You're a team player who enjoys coding as much as watching your teammates grow! 🌱

You’re also experienced enough to understand that everything can’t be made new and shiny overnight, but you know how to come up with new solutions and designs to improve the system.

We don't expect anyone to have experience from all technologies below, that would be crazy! But we know you are experienced enough to quickly learn any if needed. 

This is the tech stack we are interested to talk with you about: 

🌱 Backend language (Java, C# or other)

🌱 Databases (MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, Cassandra, MongoDB, Neo4j)

🌱 DevOps (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, Azure)

🌱 Tooling (Git, Github actions, Bash, Jenkins, SonarQube)
