About the job
The role of Engineering Manager involves embracing some interesting challenges around designing for the future of Telavox's growth.
Your main focus wíll be:
🌱 Grow (recruit) and scale a team of SW Developers.
🌱 Focus on talent through a mix of coaching, performance measurement, employee growth and retention.
🌱 Product delivery using an agile mindset.
🌱 Responsibility and execution and evolution of the product roadmap along with the technology stack.
🌱Active participation, as part of the Core Products management team, in strategic discussions that shape and evolve the product area.
Tech-wise, you will ensure we make the right choices in terms of tools and technologies for your area where the typical technologies currently include Java, APIs, React and more.
👉Our teams use a variety of different technologies on a daily basis to bring innovative solutions to our customers.
Your main objective will be to build a self-sufficient and highly motivated team of Software Engineers, focused on making our users’ life easier and more productive.

The Team
You will lead a team from our Core Products portfolio, where our customers experience Telavox through our Web App and Mobile applications. Your team is passionate about providing the best user experience and enriching collaboration and conversations for our retail and contact centre customers - now and into the future as our market segments grow and the opportunities to add value expand!
