The role as a Revenue Enablement Project Coordinator in our Revenue Operations team is an exciting and a key role for us to ensure continuous improvement and follow up on the use of and progress of the delivered projects.
You will work in the administration for continuous improvement of existing commercial capabilities, such as the Telavox Academy and the FAQ. You will co-create new e-learning material in the Telavox Academy with the help of experts at Telavox. You will also create new content in the FAQ platform and make sure it’s up-to-date, as well as cooperate in developing the entire FAQ further. You will also become a HubSpot wizard, so that you are able to update the Telavox Academy training courses and support new users.
On your to-do list:
Administration of the Telavox Academy together with the Academy team
FAQ co-administration, and content creation and development
Develop yourself to be a HubSpot wizard
Coordinate workshops and educations within the company
This role is located at our HQ in Malmö, Sweden.
About you ⭐️
To be successful and at the same time have fun in this role we believe you have a few years of experience working in a coordination role or supporting function. You have a great interest, and maybe also knowledge, from the tech industry but most important is that you are confident in asking the right questions to understand the big picture. You are amazing at engaging people in your surroundings and your drive forward with a clear and distinguishable agenda.
We believe that you are self-propelled and love to take initiatives, you always strive to improve and put yourself in new situations which makes you evolve continuously. Your cheerful enthusiasm influences and engages people around you, and you love to work in teams. You are great at communicating and enjoy arranging workshops and presentations - you are not afraid of getting your hands dirty and start working with new tasks.
Who we think will do great in this role has:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Experience from an international company
Language fluently: Swedish and English.
Ability and confidence in being both on your own as well as asking questions when things are unclear.
If we may wish for one more thing it would be that you’re a positive, structured and solution-oriented person, since that would indicate that you can handle multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines in a good and proactive way.
