About the role
The role as Commercial Project Manager in our Revenue Operations team is an exciting and important role for us, you will serve as the driver for continuous improvement of existing commercial capabilities. You will lead projects that are prioritized within the commercial transformation.
You will work with a mix of big strategic projects and smaller ones, you’ll lead projects cross-functionally including teams outside Revenue Operations. You are operationally responsible to deliver value to the project owners - on time, on budget, and with awesome quality. In addition, you need to ensure a good structure to drive the projects and to lead continuous improvements of existing commercial capabilities. You will be responsible for making sure that the projects are going in the right direction and also ensuring the successful execution of the project.
On your to-do list:
Research, plan, and rally resources for commercial projects
Ensure a good structure to drive projects
Visualize and follow up on set KPIs/OKR’s to ensure outcome and full implementation and success of the project
Arrange workshops and education within the company
Inspire and advocate for others to improve their capabilities in project management
Drive and lead cross-functional Growth Teams and processes
Drive continuous improvement and follow up on delivered projects
This role is located at our HQ in Malmö, Sweden.
About you ⭐️
To be successful and at the same time have fun in this role we believe you have a few years of experience working in a Project Manager role alternatively documented experience with running projects within your team. You have a great interest, and maybe also knowledge, from the tech industry but most important is that you are confident in asking the right questions to understand the big picture. You are amazing at engaging people in your surroundings and your drive forward with a clear and distinguishable agenda.
We believe that you are self-propelled and love to take initiative, you always strive to improve and put yourself in new situations which makes you evolve continually. Your cheerful enthusiasm influences and engages people around you. You are great at communicating and enjoy arranging workshops and presentations to engage co-workers in new projects.
Who we think will do great in this role has:
You probably studied Industrial Engineering and Management or have equivalent work experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Innovative ways to deliver projects, rally people behind your vision, and motivate cross-departmental collaboration
Experience from an international company
