In your role as Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for taking our commercial organisation to the next level by advocating data-driven decisions through commercial insights. You will also enable a more data-driven organisation by helping other departments access and interpret the commercial data in our CRM (Hubspot)
Furthermore the Revenue Operations Analyst will take ownership of the reporting within Hubspot, to create a unified way of measuring sales, marketing and customer operations activity across the Telavox Group. Although Hubspot will be your main focus, you may also be working with analysis in other systems as required.
Your goal in this role is to:
Be the obvious go-to person for all reporting need related to Hubspot
Research and implement industry best practises KPIs and reports that support our daily operations
Facilitate for managers and management teams by gathering insights and interpreting data, so they can prioritize taking actions on your provided recommendations

You are probably also systematic and structured since that makes you able to drive your projects forward with both quality and speed.
We believe that you have some years of experience within a similar role and within a commercial department
We see aptitude is more important than a degree but studies within statistics, economics, business or similar is meriting
You are fluent in English, another language would be the icing on the cake but not a must
Experience of working with Hubspot or another CRM is a plus, but not a requirement
As this role collaborates with almost every other part of Telavox it's given that you enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders with various backgrounds.
