About the job
As the story goes; Our self-built products are being launched on new markets, with new customers and with unique requirements. This is where you come in!
As Product Manager for Commercial Enablement and Self Service, you have a leading role in defining the vision of how Telavox should bring the global Order to Cash processes and platforms to the markets.
Together with your Triad consisting of engineering and design, you set the vision and the strategy for how we build and evolve our Self-Service Portal, CRM, Quoting, Invoicing, and data structures.
Running any product requires the balancing act of short term deliverables and long term vision. As Product Manager, you will ensure that the platform as well as commercial goals are achieved.

With your business acumen, you enjoy creating products that make it easy for customers to self-serve and grasp the power of our platform, while ensuring simplicity.
The interaction between commercial, design, and engineering is what you enjoy most as you strive to build great products at the intersection of business, technology, and design.
As a result of your previous experience, you know:
How to connect vision with strategy and product
How to configure a product going out on new markets together with a team
The order to cash space as well as the IT industry
How to motivate diverse, autonomous and agile teams.
Having previous telco industry experience would literally make us smile from ear to ear 😀 As well as a good understanding of the ecosystem, balancing Telco and Billing, CRM, and ERP world.
