About the jobÂ
Telavox is growing and due to this aggressive growth, we're looking for a dynamic business-focused senior HR Business Partner to help drive this evolution.Â
You will partner with two core departments: Product and Engineering to enable and drive the transformation of their businesses through the power of HR capabilities and initiatives. You will be the main point of contact to enable great leadership and facilitate the development of our leaders and colleagues here at Telavox.
A flavour of what you'll be doing
Strategic and TacticalÂ
Partner with VP Product and VP Engineering as well as respective management teams
Deploy organizational blueprint and Group organizational design - in line with our operating model
Define our HR and business support strategic initiatives - based on the Telavox strategy
Define together with VP Product and VP Engineering, and management teams, capabilities required for Telavox growth agenda
Prepare and drive an agenda connected to our M&A strategyÂ
Define, deploy and implement a transformation agenda and be an agent for change
Departments Product and Engineering Responsibility
Support and recommend operational initiatives and drive topics related to Employee life cycle
Insight and engagement in terms of employee acquisition, retention, and referral
Contribute to the HR data and Comp&Ben infrastructureÂ
The 'go to' point of contact and point of escalation for our Product & Engineering Teams
About you
You're already an established and dynamic HR professional that thrives in a fast-paced agile environment. This is also not your first rodeo when it comes to running tech teams and fully understanding the nuances and complexities that come with such organizations.ÂÂ
In addition you must;
- Have a proven track record of designing and driving HR processes
- Have a proven track record of supporting and driving leaders
- The ability to command a room and have credibility when talking to all levels of colleagues
- Be agile and able to understand and simplify complex problems
- Be an excellent listener who takes onboard other people's views and seeks to understand first before taking action

You will work in a team of 7 fantastic team members: Hanna, Terese, Ulrika, Ramtin, Victoria, Frida, and Linus. The whole team is based in our cool head office in Malmö. Everyone contributes with their special expertise but also puts a lot of effort into collaboration and running things together.
