In the role as Sales Development Representative (SDR) you are responsible for identifying, qualifying and contacting potential prospects and inspire them to further look into the solutions Telavox offer together with a representative from our sales department
The team today consists of highly motivated sales people who value relationship building with empathy, personal commitment and relevance. We are looking for you who want to sell like us, and can offer new and exciting skills within the team!👩💻👨💻
As SDR you will be working with:
- Contacting potential customers and hot leads
- Personal and relevant dialogues with our customers in all digital channels
- Close collaboration with our sales team to create more business opportunities together
- Leading relationships to the next step in a first meeting with sales
- Nurture and develop leads through mailings, information and conveying value
- Staying up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors
- Actively participate in trainings and projects to learn about the new and best methods to develop in sales
We are looking for you!
To succeed in this role we believe that you have:
- Some experience in B2B prospecting, sales or similar - preferably within IT/SaaS solutions
- Experience from working with CRM system
- The ability to translate something technical & complex into understandable
- Good communication skills (both written and speech) in Swedish and English
- The desire and drive to develop in the role as SDR via new technology and systems
