WOW, a new role at Telavox! We aim to grow our customer base within the SoHo segment, and for this, we need you to join us and ensure the inbound process works as smoothly as possible!
About the job 👩💻 As an Inbound Sales Development Rep your main goal is to support and help our potential customers to understand what our product can do for them. You will ensure the customer gets support and is onboarded as easily as possible.
You are operationally responsible to ensure we handle our SoHo segment through the web and phone. You will be a part of our Inbound Growth Team where targets and strategies are set in collaboration with other teams.
Your main tasks:
Sales on Inbound in the SoHo Segment
Ensure Delivery on signed SoHo deals
Ensure all inbounds are delivered to the right team and follow up on the progress.
Ensure all customer support coming in through the inbound channels is supported.
Responsible for the Inbound Sales phone
Support the organization to grow the SoHo segment
The role depends on collaboration with different departments - SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will be able to influence the way of working and building of the process in regards to collaboration with and needs of other departments.
About you 🤩 We need you with excellent communication and collaboration skills! You have strong administration and coordination skills, and your structured and systematic way of working will be a key success factor in this position!
We think that you have 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer support, customer success, or similar. You have preferably worked within the telco/IT/SaaS industry or similar before, but most importantly you have great experience in managing customers! Great communication skills in Swedish and English are mandatory.
