Finally!!! Telavox is expanding rapidly and we are looking for a Financial Manager to lead our talented Finance team in Malmö! This is a DREAMJOB for someone who loves (and is skilled in) finance, accounting and business controlling, developing people and optimizing processes!

As Financial Manager at Telavox you will report directly to the CFO in a joint strategy  and finance function - so you’ll be doing much more than counting the beans! You will lead and be a part of our finance team at our head office in Malmö. The team consists of 10 awesome people who is performing customer economy, accounting, controlling and payroll management for the whole company- which means supporting Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and UK! 

These will be your focus areas:

  • People Development
    You will be responsible for supporting and developing our financial team to enable the transit from ‘single market’ to International company. Introduction of and training in ‘best practice’ and tools, as well as individual development plans will be a central part of your role
  • Controlling
    We expect you to identify process gaps, cost saving opportunities and efficiency gains across the function and challenge statu quo both within the team and cross functionally (e.g. commercially). Furthermore, to define ways to measure and report on the key indicators across the business (KPIs)
  • Budget
    You will be responsible for the group budget process including forecasting tasks, variance identification and analysis. You will need to consider the subsidiary's perspective in harmony with the parent company's overall processes
  • Corporate Tax
    Ensure the business meets legal requirements and accounting compliance inline with GAAP, IFRS, SOX and tax norms.
  • System Development
    We expect you and your team to contribute to identifying whether existing and new systems are in need of development, improvement or replacement. Naturally this will be in relation to decisions made in other focus areas as well.

What does it take to be a part of this journey?
We expect you to have experience from working with accounting and financial/business controlling for +5 years- and now you are looking for a new challenge at a FUN company.

You have experience in leading and developing people and you have the ability to create a feeling of belonging. You understand the needs of your team and adjust your leadership to ensure the best results. You have the experience and talent to implement, optimise and simplify key functional processes and you know what to measure and how to measure it- and you do measure it!

You are an excellent communicator and you are keen on sharing knowledge, information and best practice with your team and within all of Telavox in order to do really great stuff (and business).

You have a structured approach to solving both day-to-day management as well as projects and you thrive in a changing environment with various projects and tasks from both 'high level' strategic to the operational.
