Are you the star we are looking for?

Telavox has a history with the market's most satisfied customers in Scandinavia! It not only shown by our customer reviews but also because our customers stay longer with us than our competitors. We have two types of customers, our direct customers, as our own sellers signs, and customers as our resellers (partners) signs for us. In this role, your mission is to take care of our partners in the UK, who also sell Telavox telephony solutions.

About the role

In this role you have full responsibility for your partners regarding delivery, training, and development with the goal of getting all resellers as happy and self-employed as possible. You handle, via telephone and mail, all matters related to your partners and your role is advisory and supportive. Your daily work is mainly focused on building a positive relationship with our partners, and you put a lot of time and effort in really understanding their needs and being helpful when needed.

At Telavox you have fun at work and you are constantly striving for the partners to feel the same joy in all our cooperation with us! Sometimes you will be able to leave the office and participate in larger installations and programs at our partners, and sometimes the reseller just passes by to drink a cup of coffee with you.

About you

You love people and you have experience from a relationship-building role where you've worked both supportive and advisory, and preferably with a technically challenging product, service or industry.

We like working together and we are sure that social commitment leads to success. In addition to social skills, we value the fact that you are:

  • Relationship building - You will talk to the same people many times a week. The relationships are important to you and you have excellent skills in building trust and communicate over phone.
  • Technically Interested - Most retailers have been working in the telecom industry for many years and it's your job to help them and to succeed you probably have technical know-how in telephony, but it's no requirement.
  • Innovative and enterprising - Telavox comes from a start-up culture where everyone can be involved in developing the company forward, so we appreciate that you can bring your own initiatives and ideas on how to make Telavox even better.
