About the job
The role as Operator Business CTO at Telavox is an exciting and important role where you will act as the technical specialist within the Operator Business team. You’ll serve as the link between Operator Business, Product Management and DevOps. You will provide our team internally and customers externally with packaging and explaining our technical solutions.
In this role collaboration comes front and centre, thus, working internally on competitive insights, vision, and plans to ensure that we deliver a solution that supports our continued growth is a high priority. This, in order to make the customer experience better as well as ensure that our inorganic execution helps us accelerate our global footprint.
You will design, describe, and manage solutions to particular engineering or business problems. You oversee the execution of a specific solution in a company and be technically responsible for customer projects, delivering technical and, sometimes, managerial support.
Also on your to-do-list:
Provide support for network-related issues and troubleshooting between the components and towards the customer network
Explore new technology and technical areas and share knowledge and competence within the team
Bring your recommendations to the table when it comes to new implementations
Be the interface towards the client/customer for all technology-related topics
Develop technical presentations, proposals and perform customer presentations
Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
Create HLD and LLD documentation
To enjoy and also be successful and in this role, we think you really need to understand the Telecom and/or SaaS business and almost everything related. You always strive to improve and learn which makes you evolve continually, you also have a growth mindset with demonstrated ability to effectively manage and execute growth and engagement initiatives.
You probably have a Master’s degree in data science/software engineering or equivalent. Experience from a technical oriented or a similar role and ability to partner up with cross-functional influence within Product, Design, and Engineering, as well as Sales and Marketing organizations, is crucial.
