About the team
The Telavox Marketing team consists of 14 super talented and creative marketers within demand generation, performance marketing, content, communications, graphical design, channel, and product marketing! Everyone is working hard towards attracting potential customers to the Telavox universe, educating new customers on our product, and retaining and growing our loyal existing customer base!

This is your to-do list: 

  • Develop the team and implement effective structures for all Marketing functions, including Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Channel & Partnerships Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
  • Prepare, and manage quarterly, and annual 8-digit budgets for the Marketing department, and ensure spend is generating the desired outcomes, and results.
  • Work with the commercial management team as well as product leaders, and marketing team to devise a global marketing plan that supports goals and Telavox strategy.
  • Set the strategic agenda for Marketing and prove marketing ROI and efficiency to the senior leadership and the board, by tying marketing team and individual’s KPI’s to overall commercial/sales targets and business objectives, such as revenue, gross margin, CAC targets, and EBITDA.
  • Set, monitor, and report on team and individual KPIs and results, including full-funnel metrics that align to the sales targets, digital strategy metrics, campaign ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Develop marketing tactics to boost brand awareness, and generate demand (sales leads) in multiple European markets.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (e.g. events, email campaigns, web pages, internal communications, and promotional materials).
  • Identify opportunities to reach targeted market segments and expand market share. Participate in the planning of business objectives.
  • Collaborate with peers in other departments to create innovative, efficient, and high-performing marketing programs.


About you
The dream candidate for this role and Telavox has an entrepreneurial mindset, growth attitude, and an eagerness to contribute to Telavox expansion strategy! In order to do so, we believe you have a minimum of 10 years of Marketing experience and at least 5 years experience in leading in multidisciplinary marketing (with team leads), within B2B, and ideally from an organization within SaaS, UCaaS, or Tech. In addition to this, you have a BSc. in Business or Computer Science, or an MSc. in Business, Marketing, Media, Communication or Management. 

You have a strategic mindset and possess strong analytical skills, combined with a strong hands-on mentality and focus on execution to facilitate further growth. You have a perfect mix of understanding both business and technology, and you thrive in a role with a focus on generating great business results and leading people.

You have the ability to form realistic goals and foster clear alignment and commitment within the team. You delegate responsibility and trust people to perform. As a person you are ambitious, have a strategic mindset and have the ability to use business acumen from experience or learning in a day-to-day work situation to make business-savvy decisions. 

Having experience from growth-oriented/fast-paced companies, ideally combined with an international large organization will be a great advantage. You possess excellent business English skills.
