About the job
The position of Head of Direct Sales is a new role at Telavox that is created to drive the expansion forward with a focus on growth and LTV/CAC. A new business plan is set, now it's all about getting into the 6th gear. Telavox Direct Sales is active in all segments and consists of 4 different teams distributed across the Nordics.

Your areas of Responsibility:

  • Deliver on budget for Direct Sales all segments and countries
  • Expand Nordic customer base with new accounts - delivering on Telavox booking budget
  • Manage the Direct Management Sales team 
  • Develop, maintain and execute Telavox Direct Sales Process
  • Further develop, implement and follow up on all new Value-based sales processes
  • Understand all markets and the customer’s needs and share with the organization
  • Lead Deal Decision DS
  • Develop and excite strategies to further improve Telavox LTV/CAC ratio 
  • Develop partnerships that drive Directs Sales bookings
  • Deliver on Sales and Market SLA concerning Inbounds and Smartbound
  • Together with Head of Advisor deliver best in class experience through the whole customer life cycle for Direct Sales customers
  • Collaborate with all channels and find the best solution for Telavox

About you
The right candidate for this role and Telavox has an entrepreneurial mindset, growth attitude, and is skilled in business development! You have a perfect mix of understanding both technology and business and you thrive in a role with a focus on generating sales and leading people. On top of that, you have a great ability to create customer relations, manage complex sales, and an eagerness to expand the sales organization at Telavox!

You have 5-10 years of experience from a sales leader position within a Telco or UCaaS organization, and a relevant academic degree. You need to have a solid background in complex technical sales, telco, cc, and business development towards all segments with a value-based sales approach to master the role! You have a strategic mindset with a focus on execution, combined with a hands-on mentality to facilitate further growth. 

Having experience from growth-oriented/fast-paced companies, ideally combined with an international large organization will be a great advantage. You possess excellent business English skills. 

The location for this role is flexible, within the Nordics, but you need to be able to spend at least one week at our (super-nice) HQ in Malmö once a month.
