About the role
In this role, you have full responsibility for your own allocated resellers, regarding delivery, training, and development with the goal of getting all customers and resellers as happy, involved and educated as possible. You handle, via our own market-leading telecoms platform, all matters related to your partners and your role is advisory and supportive. Your daily work is mainly focused on building a positive relationship with our resellers, and you put a lot of time and effort into really understanding their needs and being helpful when needed. This is not just a responsive role, we allow you to be as proactive as is needed to give the highest level of customer/reseller success possible.

About you
You love people and you have experience from a relationship-building role where you've worked both supportive and advisory, and preferably with a technically challenging product, service, or industry.

  • A Relationship builder - You will talk to the same people many times a week. The relationships are important to you and you have excellent skills in building trust and communicate well over the phone. 
  • Tech-Savvy - Most retailers have been working in the telecom industry for many years and it's your job to help them to succeed. To be able to do that we believe that you are technically savvy. If you in addition to that have experience working within the IT-och telecom sector before we would be super happy! 
  • Innovative and enterprising - Telavox comes from a start-up culture where everyone can be involved in developing the company forward, so we appreciate that you can bring your own initiatives and ideas on how to make Telavox even better.
  • Driven for knowledge - You will be dealing with all aspects of the ordering process - System build to Porting, Support to Invoice queries, and additional orders through to cancellations. You will learn all the relevant areas of the business.

Salary expectations: £22,000 - £28,000 depending on experience plus a guaranteed bonus during training. Company laptop and phone provided.
