Inclusion, development and being in the state of flow is what drives me. I'll never be the most technically knowledgable employee but I've many times found myself thriving in being someone to bring us and our material together in a fun and efficient way.

The best day at work is a day where I get to help someone, followed up by some pair programming with any of my team mates, who always impress me with their knowledge, and ending on a high note of closing some PRs and tickets to get a blank slate for the next day.
The worse day is when I get stuck in my figurative box but I try to see it as an opportunity to learn how to catch a stuck state earlier next time. This is also the reason to why I try to always offer my help to colleagues who are stuck. Even if I don't know how to solve their problem we'll probably do it quicker and better together and hopefully with some laughs along the way.

Positivity can get you anywhere so Monday is the Day of Potential and a mistake is a teaching moment. If you need to get out of a bad mood, I'm always up for the challenge!
