How we work
The Advisorteam/Advisororganisation was born out of a standard and boring customerservice-department in the Spring 2016. And oh my gosh how much fun we’ve had since!
As an Advisor you’re keytask is to WOW every customers contact with Telavox. Depending on segment you own up to 300 customers (yup you will get to be a superyoda!) whom you support regarding random questions, technical support, invoice-stuff or just the daily chat about weather and wind.
